PrimeGlobal Conference in Rome
On November 2-5, 2019, the world conference of accounting firms organized by PrimeGlobal took place, in which we took part among 200 delegates from 38 countries around the world.
This time, our company was represented by the company’s management board, reporting online to the team about the most important events.In these days, integrating in small groups in a field game, we discovered one of the oldest cities in Europe, took part in innovative thematic meetings such as BrainDate, where we also presented our way of digitizing accounting processes, received with appreciation and interest, ending the day with an imperial reception that was an opportunity for backstage talks on cooperation. During the lectures, we had the opportunity to learn about how accountants from China use artificial intelligence (AI), exchange experiences in the field of protection against cybercrime and assess today’s economy during a futurist lecture.
Participation in the conference initiated our project of creating an international accounting service center, which has already successfully started its operation by combining companies from Georgia, Polish, the Czech Republic and Germany in cooperation.
PrimeGlobal Aachen
Ladies and Gentelmen,
At the invitation of PrimeGlobal association which is a global organization of accounting companies, in June this year, we had an opportunity to present our ideas about digitization of processes in accounting.
At a technical conference in Aachen in Germany there were 63 people representing 31 accounting companies from 15 countries, mainly from the GASL region – Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein – and the Benelux region, France, Scandinavia and Great Britain, in the block dedicated to accounting digitization, we presented our idea of accounting service and HR – payroll.
In our presentation we showed in a technical way (by connecting remotely to our server and using the tools we work with every day) how in 60 minutes from the beginning (e.g. receiving a purchase invoice or issuing a sales invoice) using our electronic document flow system eCurcuma and digitization techniques we report in tools such as Business Intelligence.

The speech received considerable recognition among conference participants. We have been recognized in existing for over 20 years and having over 300 companies from around the world organization, as one of the leaders in the field of process digitization work in accounting.

Statements regarding the operation of cash registers are a problem for companies
They had to be collected from the existing employees by the end of May. In practice, it happens that to this day some people have not agreed to sign such documents. The tax office does not exclude control.

PrimeGlobal conference in Warsaw
On May 23 and 24, four delegates represented our company and participated in the regional PrimeGlobal Emea Central Europe conference in Warsaw.
The event was attended by 24 people representing 11 companies from Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and guests from Germany, Belgium and Switzerland.
As one of the shortest-serving PrimeGlobal members in this region, we officially presented our company, the way we operate and the types of services provided during the conference. Our ways of digitizing processes in accounting and reporting in the Business Intelligence mode were of particular interest. We listened to lectures on taxes, investments in Poland and soft management methods.
Between the lectures we exchanged experiences and found ways of cooperation between the members of the association.
Visit of the Team of Schools of Economics named after Staszica in our office
As part of several years of cooperation, our office was visited by the Team of Schools of Economics. S. Staszic in Poznań.
A group of a dozen or so students from one of the first classes together with their tutor saw what our everyday work looks like in real life.
After presenting the entire office and workstations, the students had the opportunity to listen to the pros and cons of working in the accounting department and as a HR and payroll specialist.
The whole meeting took place in a nice and cheerful atmosphere, and additionally each of the parties exchanged their observations on modern accounting.

New Office
I would like to inform that since January 2019 our new office is on the 5th floor now in the same Globis bulding at Roosevelta street in Poznań.
Instead of the 145 m, we currently occupy a 340 m with a team of 25 people.
Legal and tax seminar
As every year, we co-organized the Accounting, Legal and Tax Seminar in the first week of December. This year’s event was organized at the Nobel Tower Center for Advanced Technologies together with TaxContact Tax Advisory, SMART Project and Siuda, Filipowski and Partners.
To the 120-person audience, we introduced the topic of JPK – the practice of officials, the obligations of taxpayers, as well as presented Accounting of the Future, including Business Intelligence, Electronic Document Circulation and closely related issues of sanctions, liability and security in accounting.
A tax advisor presented topics related to changes in CIT and PIT and VAT taxes in 2018.
Law topics related to the succession of an individual’s business and the authorization of a proxy to represent an entrepreneur in court, with particular emphasis on registration proceedings, were presented by lawyers.
Demonstration of the possibility of improving cashflow by reducing inventory by 20% was the subject of a presentation by a company engaged in optimizing the efficiency of production and warehouse processes.

Progress dangerous only for invoice pasters
Automation of accounting processes will force layoffs in accounting offices. But accountants with competence have nothing to fear.

Revenue up to PLN 1,050 will not protect you from the tax office
The rules of tax control for persons conducting unregistered activities are identical to those for registered entrepreneurs, explained the Ministry of Finance in response to GPD questions.
